Delivery Times

We offer delivery during the following hours:

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm on business days.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day unless otherwise arranged.

Recipient Availability

Please ensure the recipient will be available at the delivery address on the selected date. If the recipient is not available:

We are not responsible for items that perish or become lost or damaged after being left in a safe location or once delivery has been completed.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Details

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. We do not take responsibility for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete information. Additional charges may apply for redelivery or address changes made after dispatch. Delivery instructions are able to be made during the purchasing process.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Custom or large event orders require 7 days notice, minus any expenses already incurred by Daily Petals.

Non-Deliveries

If we are unable to deliver your order due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, road closures), we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.

All product images displayed on our website are for illustration purposes only and serve as a general guide to style, color, and size.Because flowers and foliage are natural products, there may be slight variations in color, size, or shape. Each arrangement is handmade by our florists and may not look identical to the photo. However, we will always aim to:
